NON- DESTRUCTIVE TESTING
Prop Care's certificate of approval allows us to undertake Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Fluorescent Dye Penetrant Inspection (FPI) & Eddy Current Inspections (ECI) as an external service. Which means we can MPI all your engine components, your undercarriage legs, any bolts, or FPI wheels, or any alloy parts & release the job with a Release Note.
Prop Care can also carry out the above inspections for Marine, Heavy vehicle, and the Automotive industry including High performance racing cars.
SHOT PEENING
Prop Care's certificate of approval also allows us to undertake Shot Peening as an external service. We can Shot Peen newly manufactured items, or re-shot peen worn areas, we also have Hartzell approval to carry out a wide variety of Hartzell shot peening process'.
Prop Care can also carry out Shot Peening for Non-Aviation Industries.
